CGA Engineers was awarded the contract to design improvements for MZ 3008 for the City of Tulsa and the Tulsa Metropolitan Utility Authority.  This project included waterline replacement, street reconstruction and street repairs.  Services also included topography and right of way surveys.

This project included school restrictions and limited right of way.  The waterline was designed with extensive use of horizontal bores to protect trees and reduce the number of driveway replacements.  Where open cuts across driveways were required, high early strength concrete was used to minimize the closer time and inconvenience to the home owners.
